Leadeship Coaching

Leadership coaching focuses on your unique strengths, challenges, and aspirations. Whether you're looking to improve communication and assertiveness skills, strengthen team dynamics, overcome barriers to success, or navigate complex challenges, coaching is designed to help you achieve your goals and make a lasting impact on you and your organisation.

Performance Coaching 

Performance coaching is aimed at helping you to enhance your performance and achieve your goals, be they professional or personal. During coaching sessions, I will work with you to identify strengths, set clear objectives, overcome obstacles, and develop strategies for growth and improvement. Performance coaching typically involves: 1.Goal Setting: Defining clear, measurable goals that align with your vision and aspirations. 2.Assessment: Identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement through assessments, feedback, and self-reflection. 3.Action Planning: Developing actionable strategies and plans to address challenges, leverage strengths, and achieve goals. 4.Feedback and Support: I will provide constructive feedback, encouragement, and support throughout the coaching process to keep you motivated and on track. 5.Accountability: Coaching requires you to take ownership of your own development and be accountable for taking consistent action towards your goals.

Discovery call

All coaching clients receive a free 30 minute discovery call. This is an informal, no obligation chat to discuss your coaching needs, explore the coaching process and for you to ask any questions you may have about my coaching practice, experience and style.  It's an opportunity for us to get to know each other to see if we are suited to working together.  If it's right for both of us, we can discuss the number and frequency of sessions and agree a coaching contract. 

Coaching sessions

The number and frequency of coaching sessions is dependent on your unique coaching goals and will be discussed during the initial discovery call. 

All sessions are confidential and consist of a one-to-one meeting, where you bring the issues you want to explore. Coaching normally takes place online via a secure platform, though face to face coaching is available if you are local to Lincoln and it is more suited to your needs.  Throughout the process, I work with you to:

  • Clarify your specific goals; 

  • Explore any real or perceived barriers that are stopping you from achieving them;

  • Help you to make sense of your experience and situation;

  • Help you to develop a more accurate self-perception using a range of tools, techniques and models;

  • Develop clearly defined action plans to support you in fulfilling your potential.


For coaching to be effective it is important that you are responsible for taking action and implementing plans outside of the coaching sessions as this is where the most change happens. With this is mind, I won’t:

  • Tell you what you should do

  • Set the agenda for you

  • Tell you how to manage your team/develop your career/better manage your work life balance etc

Coaching sessions range from 60 - 90 minutes and can take place at a frequency that meets your specific needs.  Please note, that a specific end point to the coaching will always be agreed as part of the coaching contract as coaching is not designed to be a long term intervention with no end point.  My goal over the sessions is for you to develop the skills and techniques required to become your own coach. 


Private coaching fees range from £110 - £175 per session, though savings can be made by purchasing blocks of six or more sessions. For more information regarding pricing plans, please contact me using the link below.
