Rachel Green is an accomplished Psychologist, with over 20 years experience working as both an in-house and independent psychologist across a range of large scale public sector organisations throughout the UK. Specialising in Leadership Development, Assessment & Selection and Coaching Psychology, Rachel holds the titles of BPS Chartered and HCPC registered Occupational Psychologist, as well as BPS Chartered Coaching Psychologist. She is also recognised as an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and an MISCP Accredited Coaching Psychologist.

As the Director of Metrics A&DC, Rachel serves as the primary consultant, specialising in offering bespoke assessment and development solutions for organisations and individuals across the UK. Focused on graduate, managerial, and senior leadership roles, Rachel provides tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of clients. When projects demand, Metrics A&DC leverages a network of associates, all of whom are Chartered Psychologists. These associates bring a wealth of experience and skills across various specialisms, industries, and sectors.
